Shipping and returns
- Delivery times
All orders will be delivered within a period of between 3 and 15 days, depending on the delivery location, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
- Prices and taxes
Shipping costs and applicable taxes will be indicated separately when the order is placed. If the purchase is 100 Euro or more, shipping within the European Union will be free.
- Transportation cost
Spain: 8 Euro
European Union: 14 Euro
For destinations other than the countries listed above, shipping costs will be determined and indicated at the time of the purchase request by the customer according to the rate that Palmaria Mallorca S.L. available under the agreements established with the transportation service companies.
- Payment method
The payment method will be made through the PayPal system.
The transaction costs will be borne by Palmaria Mallorca S.L.
- Returns
Once the product is received by the customer, no changes or returns will be accepted, unless the product presents some type of defect or anomaly. In the event that the product presents defects or anomalies, you will have a period of seven (7) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt, to exercise the right of return.
In case of return, shipping costs will be borne by Palmaria Mallorca S.L (they are equivalent to the shipping amount that corresponds to the type of product purchased and the destination sent). To make this return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the merchandise is received in our warehouse, and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made by the client. To make a return, the customer must send us an email, through the following address: info@palmaria-mallorca.com, indicating the reason for said return.
